How do you know which material best suits your project? At Structureworks, we provide Cellular PVC, Aluminum, Fiberglass and Vinyl, different materials to complement your design style. Let’s take a glance at the characteristics of each material and exactly how they can be used to reach your design objectives. Lets begin with Cellular PVC. We wrap Cellular PVC in regards to structural aluminum core using our proprietary Monoseam Technology. This allows us to offer the only cellular pvc pergola which does not require a painted finish.

Arches, curves, and custom sized components can be fabricated in Cellular PVC offering a wide range of design flexibility. From contemporary to traditional, this material is ideal for use in both commercial and residential projects. Our standard components, as seen here, are the following sizes, with custom sizes available. This material offers a Limited 25 year Residential and 10 year Commercial warranty. Cellular PVC provides superior resistance to yellowing and fading allowing Structureworks to offer an unpainted structure in classic white. If you prefer a more colorful structure, our ColorLastTM painting process is available in 11 standard colors or we can custom match a color you provide. Our Cellular PVC Pergolas are part of the #1 outdoor living brand, Trex. This makes it simple to coordinate your new Trex Pergola with decking, railing and furniture to complete your outdoor oasis.

Our next material is Aluminum. We only use heavy-wall extruded profiles, never thin, roll formed aluminum. This ensures stronger profiles which allows for larger component sizes, longer spans and far better durability. This material offers maximum design flexibility for structures that range from clean and simple to highly complex. Designs may include arches, curves and cantilevers making it ideal for use within both commercial and residential projects. All aluminum components are meticulously finished with welded decorative ends to create one seamless piece. Aluminum components are available in sizes ranging from 1”x1â€? up to 8”x12â€? with many sizes and shapes between. Also, we offer a limited lifetime residential and 30 year commercial warranty on all aluminum structures.

To complete our extruded aluminum structures, we use a 5 step powder coating process for lasting beauty and sturdiness. We offer hundreds of colors as well as a wide selection of textures and woodgrain finishes. Fiberglass is our third material. Structureworks Fiberglass components are precision cut using a CNC router. Beams and rafters have integrated decorative ends that are finished by hand providing a seamless, solid look. Fiberglass is lightweight and provides excellent strength and durability, perfect for longer spans in larger structures. Our typical components include the following sizes, as seen here, with custom sizes available. Our fiberglass structures offer a limited lifetime residential and 30 year Commercial warranty All components are professionally finished using our ColorLast paint process. Our ColorLast painting process is available in 12 standard colors or we can custom match a color you provide. The last material on our list is Vinyl offers an economical solution while creating a big design statement. Vinyl components feature a heavy wall profile and include an aluminum I-Beam through the length of each structural support. Decorative end caps allow for easy field adjustment of component length, a distinctive benefit to our vinyl material.
